Safescape Laddertube installation

There is practically no limit to the length of straight line escapeway which can be installed with Laddertube. The only change from a 20m ladderway to a 300m ladderway is the size of the winch and lifting equipment used to install the ladderway.
Safescape Laddertube is easy to handle during the installation process– being half the weight of steel ladders. Due to the reduced weight of Safescape Laddertube, the majority of installations can be achieved with two miners and a 4WD light vehicle with tray mounted crane. Compared to galvanized steel ladders which normally require a client supplied crane and Integrated Tool Carrier for installation
The ease of handling, reduced requirement for manpower and equipment and reduced time for installation means an overall cost reduction compared to installation of galvanised steel ladders.
